When you are making mistakes on a regular basis, it should be something you can use as a guide to improve yourself. You have to keep learning and get better so that you won’t make the same mistakes so frequently.

The reason I bring it up is because I have been there myself. I realized that I have been making the same mistakes on a regular basis. So, I have been on a mission to start applying things differently. Here is what I have learned in my quest to improve myself:

The first thing I have learned is that I have to take the time to learn from my mistakes. So, I have started taking notes on things that I have done and had problems with. I have been able to see my mistakes and see what I am doing wrong. This is something that I have been doing incorrectly and have seen my mistakes. Taking the time to take note of the mistakes you make is an excellent way to improve your game. The fact that I have been able to fix my mistakes is an indication that it is not impossible to get better.

The second thing I have learned is that I have to put my head down and work. The problem is that I have been doing it my way for so long that I was getting used to my ways. So, I have to take the time to change myself, and be a lot more thorough in making the changes. The fact that I have been able to start improving my game and have seen progress is an indication that this is not impossible for you to do.

The third thing I have learned is that I have to keep my eyes on the goal and stay focused. Work hard on not getting distracted. So, I have been taking time stay focused on one task at a time. I have been able to stay fixed on  my vision.

The fourth thing I have learned is that I have to keep a good body posture. It has been a problem for me that I do not have good posture. So, I have been taking time to develop my posture by keeping my shoulders back and head straight and standing straight.

The fifth thing I have learned is that I have to make sure I eat healthy. This is why my body is full of fat and my muscles do not move properly. So, I have been eating in a healthy manner.  I have been able to get my metabolism up and my body fit good nutrition and regular exercise.

The sixth thing I have learned is that I have to keep my feet on the ground. I have to be consistent with my exercise program. exercising one day and skipping for two days will not help us get the results we want.

Finally, the workout:

I was able to complete my workout in a little over thirty minutes. In the end I had improved my capacity to work out. In order to achieve that, I had to dedicate myself to doing the things that I had to do to make the workout successful.

When I have the attitude of success, the success is mine.
